Terms of Service

By accessing or using Builder.org (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Builder.org is a platform for discovering, building, and running skills — reusable methods of working that can be executed by AI agents against your tools and data. We may add, change, or remove features at any time as the Service evolves.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You retain ownership of the skills, prompts, and other content you create or upload. By publishing content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and run that content as needed to operate and promote the Service, including making skills you mark as public discoverable by other users.

You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights necessary to share it.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with the Service’s operation, publishing unlawful or infringing content, using the Service to harm others, or circumventing usage limits or access controls.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Builder.org and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.

Skills may run on third-party AI providers, harnesses, and tools you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, output, or conduct.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builder.org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
